As human beings we are intrinsically connected.
Sadly, trauma comes into our lives in one way or another which can shift or even cut our connections. This may leave us feeling lost, confused and dysregulated. My aim is to walk people home to a healthier and more stable sense of connection with the self and others. To me, this is where ultimate wellbeing lives and can begin to flourish.
WHAT I DO
I work with people by helping them navigate their experience of trauma. With the use of Somatic-based and creative clinical tools such as SE, EMDR, BrainSpotting, TRE, Art Therapy and Neurofeedback (NeuroOptimal)
I believe that trauma, once successfully processed, can be transformational through the holistic and spiritual healing therapy can offer.
My priority as a trained psychotherapist is to provide a safe place where processing and healing can occur.
WHO DO I WORK WITH
I have experience working with a range of diverse clients and backgrounds. I work with adults survivors of early childhood trauma. I provide face to face sessions in addition to zoom sessions. I am also undergoing intensive PACT training to enhance my experience of working with couples.
